The Michigan Association of Healthcare Auditors is a not-for-profit State organization which has been active since 1991. Our members are licensed Registered Nurses, Practical Nurses, credentialed coders, Quality Assurance supervisors, case managers, and legal nurse consultants from Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Our diverse membership reflects all aspects of health care reimbursement: hospitals from throughout Michigan, health insurance, worker's compensation, auto insurance and disability management. MAHA is a State liaison to the American Association of Medical Audit Specialists (AAMAS), the nationally recognized leader in all matters related to the practice of medical audit and its impact on the health care delivery system. |
